When It Feels Impossible — Trust God!

Key Scripture:

“Jesus looked at them and said, ‘With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.’” – Matthew 19:26 (NIV)

Devotional

Have you ever faced a situation so daunting that it made you feel helpless, hopeless, or stuck? Maybe it's a stubborn health condition, prolonged unemployment, a shattered relationship, or a spiritual battle that won’t let up. These moments whisper one lie again and again: “This will never change.”

But in Matthew 19:26, Jesus offers a different perspective — the divine lens of possibility. He declares boldly: “With God, all things are possible.”

This truth is not a cliché. It’s a spiritual law, backed by a track record of miracles in the Bible and in the lives of believers throughout history. Abraham and Sarah bore a child in old age. Joseph went from prison to palace. Lazarus rose from the dead. Each of these accounts confirms one thing: What is humanly impossible becomes possible in the hands of God.

Your problem may look like a mountain, but to God, it’s a pebble. Don’t let delays discourage your destiny. Don’t let human opinions define your outcome. What men say is “final,” God calls “the beginning of a miracle.”

Encouragement

Whatever seems impossible right now — surrender it to God. He specializes in impossibilities. He can heal, restore, promote, and deliver at His perfect time. Keep praying. Keep trusting. Keep declaring His Word. The God who parted the Red Sea is still the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I surrender every impossible situation into Your hands. I believe that with You, all things are possible. Let Your will and power manifest in my life. Turn every setback into a setup for breakthrough. Strengthen my faith, and help me to trust You completely. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Action Step

Write down one “impossible” situation you are currently facing. Speak God’s promise from Matthew 19:26 over it daily. Watch how your faith grows and miracles unfold.
